Have you ever lost your mind, fragmented reality? Have you ever stepped outside of time, through someone else's eyes? Dimensions shift around you, while distortions of perception cloud you. Nothing's real, no one's here, echoes float through space, but they aren't near. You find your way back through the door, but nothing's the same as it was before. The moment you've escaped from is now the only truth you know. The simple world you once knew, an illusion of the light. You pretend it doesn't matter, just to help you sleep at night. Beyond the human eye, like wind between the trees, makes you fall back into; return to memories. Just when you thought that you had plenty of time To return to what's true, if truth resides in your mind And all that is good and all you can hope to find, when searching for yourself and feeling denied. Tell myself to hide from fear, and I feel the walls closing in. It won't consume me, it's so confusing.

"Collective Perspective" is Dysfunktone's first full-length record. This album is a reflection of the lives and experiences of the four band members, during what they consider to have been a crucial time of growth and development for each of them. We hope you enjoy this collection of reflections.
